Dr Seung-Min Youn

Dr. Youn is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon, having completed his surgical training in New Zealand. In 2018, he became a FRACS and pursued his passion for shoulder and elbow surgery by completing two fellowships. The first was with Dr. Ed Bateman in New South Wales, where he focused on shoulder, elbow and trauma surgery. The second year was spent in Seoul, studying under Prof Yong Girl Rhee, where he continued to hone his skills in shoulder surgery. Since then, Dr. Youn has been working as a full-time SMO and shoulder and elbow specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Womens’ Hospital, Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation Service and The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane Private Hospital and also Wesley Hospital since 2021.
